Quality Procedures

At PDC Consultants, quality is an integral part of our company culture.

Australian Standard Quality Systems extend from training and resource management, right through to procurement and final design, regardless of time pressures.

Today, our quality procedures maintain our objective of zero re-work during construction. PDC's experience demonstrates their proactive approach of the management team to work with their clients to address technical issues upfront and ensure the efficient execution of the works.

In addition, PDC's business systems ensure full communication of project requirements and management of subcontractors. Our business and quality systems are again based around utilising our advanced technology which has resulted in the development of an in house Job Management Software that we believe is a world leader for 3D modelling and shop detailing software. These systems are all accredited to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

Fully Auditable

PDC has a fully traceable and auditable system so that information at any time can be retrieved. We employ experienced senior checkers who ensure the production of reliably accurate documents that are easily interpreted by the fabricator and construction site. Regardless of time pressures, documents do not leave PDC without a complete check by one of these staff members.

Not only do the checkers review internal integrity in a model and drawings, but all work is crosschecked to ensure that civil, structural and mechanical elements of a project are consistent.

All our staff are trained to consult with clients during each stage of the design and drafting process.
